Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

Thank you to Shelden Hyde and Lyn Hirahara for the wonderful annual Walkathon.  The weather was absolutely perfect, and the students focused on friendship and fitness as the enjoyed laps around the track with their class.

Thanks, too, to Dana Neitz on the Welcome back Picnic that gathered our families for the first time this year.  The evening family walking time was enjoyed, as was our favorite taco cart.

Next week, our fifth graders go off to camp.  Campers, we ask that you be here at 8:15 so we can check you in and load cars to go.  Make sure you label all you gear and pack a small suitcase for your belongings. Don't forget a sack lunch for the first day you arrive!

Thank you,

Carol Nenni

Murwood Principal

From the Office

Parking lot reminders:  During drop off and pick up times, please park only in spaces that not designated for Staff.  Occasionally, staff need to leave campus during the day and need to know that their spot will still be here when they return.  Also, do not park in the designated 'Auction Winner' spot - one of our families bid generously to have that spot exclusively available to them any time they are on campus.  Plan ahead and you, too, could win that coveted spot at this year's auction!  And, as always, no parking in the pull through lane, slow down, and be mindful of our little ones.  Thank you!

Limited Extension for Class Enrollment

LOOKING FOR MORE ENTHUSIASTIC AND CREATIVE STUDENTS!

We have some OPENINGS for the following classes. Enhance your child's education with:

We hope you find a class that interests your child and Thanks! for supporting the : PTA and its enrichment program.

The Registration form and a Waiver are required for every child participating in any of the ASE courses, no matter how or when you enrolled or paid. Students cannot be admitted to class without these forms.

Class descriptions and forms can be printed at www.murwoodPTA.org or pick up a copy from the school office. Please contact Murwood's After School Enrichment Coordinators with any questions or leave a note in the ASE folder in the office for us.
