Ski Season is Here!
Beginning December 14, Dr. Hughes invites all patients and friends to participate in the Aspen Skimo Club. This is an uphill ski club, led by Dr. Hughes, that will first meet at 8am at the base of Aspen Highlands. Skiing uphill is a great way to maintain your cardiovascular fitness all winter.
