Business AFTER Business

Well Done Linda! Over 110 People Attended the BAB on Friday, March 7th. Excellent food, Wonderful Venue,  Fantastic Host!
So, really, how important is CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Well, here is a local example shared with us at the Chamber recently.
  • Gentleman from Powell River calls Automobile Dealers in various Island communities from Comox to Nanaimo and Inland to Port Alberni
  • Gentleman was most impressed with....THE TELEPHONE RECEPTION at one of Port Alberni's fine Automobile Dealers
  • Gentleman comes over to Port Alberni and buys his new vehicle
  • Gentleman then goes to the Canadian Tire Store making other local purchases
  • Gentleman then goes to the Boston Pizza with his family and enjoys dinner
  • Gentleman planned to spend more time and more MONEY in Port Alberni

A true account of this story as shared to me via a local businessman who happened to run in to the Powell River Gentleman.

Moral of the Story....

"THE POWER OF....HELLO; THANK YOU FOR CALLING!"

Well done Alberni Toyota!

Have you been sending out emails promoting your business only to get a big fat silence in return? Do you wonder if it's even being read? >> How to follow up after you've tried to contact the media once

>> The secret about media content that not even PR companies know
