With the holidays just weeks away, thoughts turn to entertaining. As we begin thinking about party menus, a good place to start is with cheese. A well-thought-out cheese board is so pretty to look at, offering a variety of colors, textures and flavors, and very easy to prepare. And you can count on it to satisfy the vegetarians in your group, if that's a concern.
