We Resolve Claims
A client told us recently that we resolved a case successfully for them because we did not let our pride or ego get in the way. We always put our clients' needs first. That is why Martindale-Hubbel has given our firm its highest "AV" rating for professionalism and ethics. Regards, Jeff Kramer |
Data Breach Case Update
Last month we reported that we had moved successfully to dismiss a large data breach class action case in Federal Court. The case was remanded back to California State Court. We intend to seek another dismissal on the ground that the claim ifs futile, hence the case should be dismissed outright. If the case somehow survives, the class should be limited to California residents only. We will provide further update as the case progresses. Regards, Sandy Calin |
