Defense Verdict!

Partner Jeff Keane won a defense verdict in a medical malpractice lawsuit. Our client performed a hernia repair surgery on a patient, who claimed physical injury due to the surgery. The jury found that surgery was performed within the standard of care and did not cause the alleged injury.

Great Trial Result!

Partner Sandra Calin recently tried an automobile accident case. Plaintiff claimed serious permanent injuries, and had made a $100,000 policy limits demand before trial. After two hours of deliberation, the jury awarded only proven medical specials of $8,300, plus another $8,300 for pain and suffering.
