On December 29, the Air Force Georgia Parents Club hosted an outstanding Military Ball in downtown Atlanta. Over 400 persons attended, 100 of them representing Navy. We honored 24 Midshipmen with the pageantry, dinner and dancing. We thank them for supporting the event. From the Class of 2013: Jacob and Matthew Lethbridge, and Anthony Matacotta. From the Class of 2014: David Norman. From the Class of 2015: Frances DePree, Caroline Evans, David Harmon, Lee Kaufman, Jack Morrow, Jarod Scott, Park Seagraves, Isaac Seals and Tiana Williams. From the Class of 2016: Zachary Adams, Clint Dolan, Max Goldwasser, Glen Harris, Marshall Jones, Jeffrey Martino, Chris Miles, John Rice, Jordan Sartor, Luke Voss and Cyrus Wilson.

~ 2013 Military Ball ~
Our Navy Parents Club will host the Military Ball in December of 2013. Laura DePree (Frances '15) is the Chair of our committee. Many hands will make the burden light, so if you can help in any way (planning, site selection, printing services, DJ, emcee, RSVP's, fundraising, speaker, etc.) please contact Laura at usnapcgaexec@gmail.com We will let you know about a planning meeting in January/February.

Dark Ages, Commissioning Week & Winter Meeting, Saturday, February 2, Greater Atlanta Christian School, Norcross. Join us as we prepare Dark Ages packages for all Midshipmen of Club members! (It's not too late to re-new your membership ... visit our website!). Additionally, there will be a discussion of Commissioning Week. Normal Club business will also be conducted, including nominations for our 2013-14 Club Executive Board. Many thanks to Becky Hooper (Brandon '14) and Katherine White (Justin '14) for Chairing the Dark Ages portion of this event. There will be lots opportunity to help out, so please be sure to check our future newsletters. We are searching for a person(s) to drive to Annapolis with our goodie bags. The Club will reimburse gas money and a hotel night stay. If you can help with this, please contact our email address by Sunday, January 13.
