The Nursery Ministry here at EHBC is in need of Volunteers. You could be a gift to Families with young children. An hour and a half of your time on a Sunday morning is the gift that offers a wonderful support system for people who are caregivers 24/7. Having time to worship with others and not have to worry about the responsibility of child care is a huge blessing. Look for the table display between the "Beginning" and the "Garden" rooms for more info. Come talk with a volunteer or a parent that can answer questions and help you get started on the journey to becoming a "Gift for the Young Families here at EHBC". |

Solaire Moms
Solaire welcomes moms with children of all ages to join us for good food and conversation on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. Childcare is provided by a background checked, paid staff of childcare workers. Our group meets in the Foyer of Eastern Hills Bible Church which is located on Rt. 92 in Manlius . Helping for the Holidays
Hurricane Sandy has left Far Rockaway devastated.They need our support.
We are collecting the following:
- Canned or non-perishable food Families have lost work and finances are depleted
- Gifts for kids from 14 years of age and younger (boys and girls) Whether wrapped or not please put the age on the tag and the name of the Church Community it came from
- Wrapped is best but not necessary
- Toys, winter clothing, hats, gloves, boots are all welcome (please put size on clothing gifts if wrapped)
Please bring your donations to St. James church parking lot on Dec 21st until 8:00 pm or call 655-4907 for pickup.
