Celebrate Recovery begins a new cycle of lessons on the 12 Steps. Starting Tomorrow, Thu, Oct. 18 at 7pm in The Studio (4600 Enders Rd). While CR is an ongoing program that meets weekly, this would be a good time for newcomers to come check it out.

Solaire Moms
Solaire is a group of moms from Syracuse, Jamesville-DeWitt, East Syracuse, Fayetteville-Manlius, Cazenovia and beyond who gather together for encouragement and community and to share our ups and downs of marriage, motherhood and womanhood. Solaire welcomes moms with children of all ages to join us for good food and conversation on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. Childcare is provided by a background checked, paid staff of childcare workers. Our group meets in the lobby of Eastern Hills Bible Church which is located on Rt. 92 in Manlius . Yesterday, our Senior Vice President of Operations at Wycliffe, Forrest Flaniken, was riding his bike and was struck and killed by a car driven by an 18-year old man who was under the influence of drugs. This has been a shock to the Wycliffe family. He was only 53 and served in a crucial role. He also has a wife and three young adult sons. An article from our local newspaper.
