What To Do AFTER Your Conference

Whether you just survived your annual conference or are in the final stretch, don't lose steam once it's over. There's still stuff to do!

1. Thank yous
Sending timely thank yous to sponsors, speakers, vendors and attendees is absolutely crucial. Yes, there are a million other things to do once your conference is over, but this should not be overlooked! It is your absolute last chance to make that positive lasting impression.

2. Collect Feedback
While you're thanking everyone, why not ask them for feedback?  You were most likely so busy during the conference, you couldn't possibly observe the experience everyone else had. Showing them that your team is already looking to improve for next year is a big plus!

3. What went well...what didn't?
You think you'll remember next year, but you wont. While it's still fresh, have everyone on your team take notes on what worked well and what didn't. No detail is too small! This information will be absolutely priceless as planning begins for next year, especially if the team changes!
