New year, new you? Well, that may be a little extreme, but I do enjoy taking time to focus on new goals for the future! Recently I saw a post on LinkedIn that said, "Even if you fall flat on your face, you are still moving forward." I tend to agree!
Believe me, starting a business was only the first risk of many that I have taken since 2006. It can be scary taking that leap but I have learned that if you have your support network set up beforehand, it will help immensely when you trip up. Friends, family, employees, even social media and networking groups are a great resource for providing you with encouragement before, during or after taking a risk in your career.
As 2015 moves forward, don't forget to challenge yourself and step out of your comfort zone, it's the only way to truly grow! Allow yourself to dream big and take risks (big or small) and I guarantee you won't regret it.
