Recovery Foundation
Each newsletter we will highlight one of our clients to show stories of success, local products you will love, or just a unique service you may not know about! This month we are featuring Recovery Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Madison, WI!
Who They Are
The Recovery Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, organization that supports recovery from substance use disorders through financial assistance, public outreach and education, and advocacy for research and evidence-based treatment and recovery services. We are run by a volunteer board that is responsible for directing our services and shepherding our resources. Because of the support of so many individuals and organizations, we have been able to make a profound difference in the lives of over 70 individuals over the last five years, providing scholarships for treatment services, promoting involvement in sober activities, and a network of individuals who can serve as mentors to living life sober.

We burned out a number of board members early on because we couldn't afford staff and thought it best we handle things through a working board. We were wrong!
