Over 12,300 ravioli ... 400 pounds of ground beef rolled into 8,000 meatballs ... countless loaves of fresh Italian bread ... hundreds of bowls of 'insalata' ... gallons and gallons of Chianti ... 500 cannoli ... served by 125 hard-working volunteers to hundreds of spaghetti and ravioli eaters
