Congratulations!
Congratulations to Ms. Aime's discipleship class for collecting the most items for the Georgia Children's Baptist Home sponsored by the Junior Beta Club. Items were delivered last Friday and the director was extremely pleased with the results of our collection. THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the collection drive! General Info:
GOAL Scholarship Update:
The Department of Revenue announced last week that the $51.5 million 2012 cap on available Education Expense Tax Credits has been reached. To clarify, the entire $51.5 million was fully allocated by August 13th. According to the DOR, no taxpayer applications for approval submitted after that date will be approved.
It is believed that August 13th submissions will be approved for a pro-rated portion of the requested amount, but Georgia GOAL does not yet have definitive information on this. Like last year, GOAL will send letters to all taxpayers who are denied the credit. If they have submitted payment to GOAL, they will send them a voided check, destroy all evidence of credit card information, or delete the pending credit card transaction online, depending on their method of payment.

High School All-inclusive Spring Trip to Utah and Arizona
(Bryce, Colorado River, Sedona, Grand Canyon) May 29-June 3, 2013. Deposit of $99 due by tomorrow, September 21, and will be applied to the total trip cost of $2059. Mercer University - Tuesday, September 25 Our Mercer University Admissions Counselor Carson Foushee will also be at TCBY of Peachtree City on Tuesday, September 25th, from 5:00 - 8:00 pm for students to drop by. Junior Class Ring Information: The informational meeting regarding class ring orders for juniors has been rescheduled. The new meeting will be held on Tuesday October 10th during study hall. A representative for Balfour will be at the school with ordering information.
