Note from Dr. Cindy
|
Greetings!
Happy Spring!
Hope you are all enjoying the nice weather by getting outside and enjoying all it has to offer! This is a perfect time to kick start your exercise routine. I would love to design a program for you. Be sure to ask me at your next appointment.
Tis the season for yardwork. Be sure to warm your body up for outside work and to work in shorter shifts to avoid overdoing it. Stretch and ice when you are done and be sure to get adjusted!
Be well,
Dr. Cindy
