Sharing the Message of Good Health

Dr. Cindy shared Chiropractic with second graders recently at Horizon Elementary School! It was great having so many patients in the class-they all got checked and adjusted. They had great questions and learned about their amazing bodies and how to take care of it.


Back by popular demand.....
Due to a packed house on the last session and feedback from those who missed it, Dr. Cindy will be giving her "How to Raise Super Healthy Kids Naturally" again on Thursday, April 23rd at 7pm.  RSVP by calling the office at 920-893-2345. 
 

7th Annual Chiro-Health Community Clean Up Day
Join us on Saturday, April 25th from 8:30-11am to celebrate Earth Day!  Meet in the Chiro-Health parking lot.  Garbage bags will be provided.  Please bring your own gloves.  Together we can keep Plymouth beautiful!

Shanna's Recipe Corner
"Amazing Seafood Burrito for a healthy twist on Mexican cuisine.

Salmon Burrito
 

  • Marinate ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion with 2 Tbsp white vinegar and a pinch of salt at least 12 minutes.
  • Toss together ½ cup diced avocado, ¼ cup diced cherry tomatoes, 3 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro or flat-leaf parsley, and a pinch of salt. 
  • Spread down center of warm 12" whole wheat tortilla, leaving a border around sides. 
  • Top with drained marinated onion, 5 oz flaked canned salmon, ¼ cup warm brown rice, and ¼ cup warm pinto or black beans.
  • Fold up top, bottom, and sides of tortilla.  Place seam side down and cut in half.

 Serves 2.
