"Sunshine on the Street!"
Wednesday, March 4, 2015 12:30-100 p.m.
Staff at Chiro-Health Chiropractic Care Center ready to spread "Sunshine on the Street!"

Happy campers at Chiro-Health Chiropractic Care Center are spearheading their campaign "Sunshine on the Street!" to spread positive thinking and joy in Plymouth. The project is meant to lift spirits and put smiles on faces.  Look for smiling faces and individuals waving signs with mood boosting messages along Eastern Ave and Mill Street from 12:30-1:00 p.m. Local businesses and community members are all welcome to participate.

"Teaching acts of kindness is just as important as teaching "anti-bullying." We want to give our community as many opportunities as possible to know how good it feels to brighten someone's day, to do random acts of kindness and feel part of something bigger than them. We all have the ability to make this world a better place. If it brings a smile to just one person's face, it is a success."

There are plenty of ways to promote happiness.  Ideas include random act of kindness - anonymously paying for someone's bill at a restaurant or drive thru, sending a thoughtful text, email or card to a friend or loved one, bringing treats to your co-workers, making a donation or volunteering for a charity. Dr Munson and her staff encourage all to participate in any way they can.

We welcome all patients and friends to join us next Wednesday, March 4th from 12:30-1:00pm.  Make a sign and come on over!

Any questions, please call Chiro-Health 893-2345.

Yours in health,
Dr. Cindy

GMO OMG
Documentary by Jeremy Seifert

GMO OMG director and concerned father Jeremy Seifert is in search of answers. How do GMOs affect our children, the health of our planet, and our freedom of choice? And perhaps the ultimate question, which Seifert tests himself: is it even possible to reject the food system currently in place, or have we lost something we can't gain back?

These and other questions take Seifert on a journey from his family's table to Haiti, Paris, Norway, and the lobby of agra-giant Monsanto, from which he is unceremoniously ejected. Along the way we gain insight into a question that is of growing concern to citizens the world over: what's on your plate?
