Annual Hat/Mitten/Scarf Tree
Again this year Chiro-Health is collecting gloves, mittens, hats and scarves on our Christmas tree. All the items that are brought in will be given to the area schools to be handed out as needed. Those items can be brought in now through December 30th.
Gift Certificates
Let the Chiro-Health elves help you with your holiday shopping. Purchase your holiday chiropractic or massage gift certificates and we will gift wrap them for you!! Chiropractic gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Massage certificates are available in 30 minutes for $35, 60 minutes for $65 and 90 minutes for $90.
Holiday Hours
Christmas - We are open Monday, December 23rd (Dr. Cindy and Dr. Londa) and Friday, December 27th with regular business hours. The office will be closed December 24th, 25th and 26th.
New Years - The office will be open Monday, December 30th, Thursday, January 2nd and Friday, January 3rd (Dr. Cindy and Dr. Londa on January 3rd) with regular business hours. We will be closed December 31st and January 1st.

Healthy Garbanzo sandwiches packed with protein. Yum!
Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 (19oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- � onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Pour the drained and rinsed chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Serve this spread on whole grain rolls or pita bread with lettuce and tomato. Serves 3
