Chiro-Health Chiropractic Care Center brings the Community Wellness Advocate workshop to members of the Plymouth community who are interested in evaluating their personal wellness lifestyle.  

Imagine an opportunity to measure yourself on ten dimensions of wellness, learn ways to build meaning into your life and connect yourself with others who are on this journey with you. Participants learn 10 practical evidenced based skills for enhancing their personal well-being.
