"After her first adjustment she slept 11 hours!" ~ mom of colicky baby
As we all know, motherhood is a challenge, but even more so when you have a colicky baby.
Nevaeh was in the NICU for a week after her birth due to complications. From the day we brought her home, she never slept more than an hour a night and spent most of the night crying and screaming! So, we decided to bring her to Dr. Cindy.
After her first adjustment she slept 11 hours! She has continued to sleep at least 8 hours a night since we began coming! Her fussiness and crying has decreased immensely as well.
Our home is now a much happier place thanks to Dr. Cindy's chiropractic care!

We found this recipe and thought it sounded great!
Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Pecans
Ingredients:- ½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
 - 1 pound Brussels sprouts, roughly chopped or shaved
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar to taste
- ¼ cup water
- 1/8 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 cup pecans, chopped
- Celtic Sea Salt and pepper to taste
Directions - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly tender and brown. Do not overcook.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the balsamic vinegar, water and dried cranberries.
- Cover the skillet and steam for about 3-5 minutes. The balsamic vinegar will turn syrupy and the sprouts will be tender.
- Remove from heat, and transfer to a serving dish. Top with chopped pecans.
