After years of running a CW-160 lap sealer in their plant, a leader in the nutrition bars & military ration bar industry looked to Conflex and Shuttleworth to add a new line to handle the increase in demand for their product. The teamwork between Conflex and Shuttleworth provided a flexible system capable of handling 300 bars per minute between both lines and the ability to speed regulate the customers upstream equipment during film roll changes. The end result was a fully automated system that provided all the features and benefits the customer desired.
