Mrs. Betty Davis, who died on December 16. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Richard E. Davis. She is survived by two sons: Edwin (Jackie) Davis of Harrod and David (Dani) Davis of Piqua, a daughter Sharon (Mike Cummings) Davis of Fremont, nine grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and a sister, Beverly (Frank) Mooney of Marion. Mrs. Davis was a member of Westminster United Methodist Church, District United Methodist Women and Westminster Social Improvement Club. She was active in each parish she and her husband pastored.  Obituary


 

Mrs. Karen J. Cann, who died on December 18.  Karen was the wife of Rev. Steven Cann, currently serving at Olive Branch and Clarksville United Methodist churches. In addition to her husband, Karen is survived by children Stewart (Christina) Graham, Elizabeth (Steven) McBee and Mark Cann; grandchildren Andrew, Aubrey, Lauren, Regan and Isaac; and brothers Robert (Julie) Gutchess and John Gutchess. Mrs. Cann served alongside her husband first in the Kentucky Conference and then in the West Ohio Conference at Urbana (1982); Beaverdam Charge (1984); Commercial Point-Concord Charge (1990); Commercial Point (1993); Wellston Hope (1994); Eaton St Paul (2001); and Clarksville Charge (2010). ObituaryExpressions of condolence may be sent to Rev.
