Approximately five months ago I crossed the Atlantic Ocean to the Democratic Republic of the Congo in an amazing new airplane. This gift from God has already saved and changed lives and will continue to touch others whenever called upon. This gift, which each of you contributed to either through your financial generosity or through your faithful prayers, has allowed a dream to come true for this United Methodist Aviation Ministry. There are storytellers in your church. In recent years, as creativity trended in the Church, leaders have taken on storytelling as an art. Professional storytellers are nice, but remember the power of a real story about real faith in real life delivered by the real person living it.
