It's time for ministry evaluations from all pastors and Staff/Pastor Parish Committees. These evaluations will be used during the summer conversations full time pastors will have with Bert Kite, Central District Superintendent, as well as late summer meetings with local pastors. Please complete the forms as directed in the attached instructions and return to the district no later than May 28, 2014. Appointments for summer conversations begin June 3.

These forms are due May 28, 2014, just prior to annual conference, and appointments for Full-Time pastors begin June 3

Appointment dates:

June  3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 23, 24, 26

July 22, 24, 29, 31

August 5, 7, 26, 28

Appointments will be between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

This email is being sent to ALL serving pastors and SPRC chairs  in the Central District for whom we have an email address. Churches whose SPRC chairs do not have an email: pastors, please share this directly. We are asking that all pastors and SPRC committees* complete the ministry evaluations. 

* churches that will receive a newly appointed pastor July 1 will still be able to answer most of the ministry-related questions, so please complete the forms as much as you can.
