The 43rd annual fair will be held Saturday, May 28 from 9:00am to 4:30pm around the courthouse in downtown Lafayette.

96 artists from all over the country will be displaying and selling their art. Admission is free. New this year, tours of the fair's Permanent Collection Round the Fountain Art Fair housed on the second floor of the courthouse will be offered.

Civic Theatre's 4th Annual Ten-Minute Play Festival will take place June 3-5. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7:30Sunday at 2:30. Ten, 10-Minute plays for only $10. Written by local playwrights, the evening will feature more than 30 actors telling the stories.

Interested in developing creative writing skills? Do you enjoy researching and creating new stories? Sara Strasser, a Ph.D. student in Creative Writing, will be teaching a fun creative writing workshop where we will learn local history and write a piece about our community.

Morton Community Center presents X CAMP 

At X Camp students aged 5-12 will focus on arts and academics in a fun and non-competitive environment. The camp runs from 6/20-7/1, 8:30am-4:30pm, and will include creating visual arts, performing arts, chess, yoga and creating fun crafts and science experiments. Campers will be grouped according to age.

In celebration of Indiana's bicentennial, the Tippecanoe County Historical Association, in partnership with Purdue University Galleries, will present the exhibit George Winter: Reflections on the Native Peoples of Early Indiana.

This exhibit, lectures and workshops will be at the Fountain Gallery, 330 Main Street, Lafayette, IN, June 21st through August 13th, 2016. The gallery is open daily noon to 7pm except Sundays and Mondays.

The Lafayette Symphony Brass Band will perform music of the early-1900's in the natural, historic setting of Shades State Park during the annual Chautaqua reenactment. This performance will celebrate the rich heritage of early 20th Century brass music and of this important Indiana park.

LONG CENTER ALL STAR SHOW CHOIR:

Join the All Star Show Choir and perform at Lafayette's Stars & Stripes Celebration on July 4th!

The Tippecanoe Arts Federation is the umbrella organization and arts council for 14 counties. TAF provides educational opportunities in the visual, performing, and literary arts, outreach programs for both underserved and at-risk youth, and funding for capital and operational expenses to fellow arts organizations region wide.
