Planning and Development Code Training Session
The City's 50-year-old zoning code was recently updated and the changes will take effect on September 30. The City is offering a training session on the new code, referred to as the Planning and Development Code. During the training, city staff will provide information on significant changes, how to use the new code, and answer any questions you may have.

Attend a Training Session on the New Code
The training session will be repeated on the four dates listed below. Space is limited so please RSVP right away by selecting a date below and registering.
The presentation will start at 12:00 p.m. and the question and answer session at 12:40 p.m. The training sessions will be held at 300 Richards Blvd., 2nd Floor, Room 221. Can't Attend? Watch a Video! The first training session is going to videotaped and made available on the City's website in the event you cannot attend. The video will be available after September 11.
