Coping With Corporate Life: A Mindfulness Approach
Training Course 1st - 3rd March  2013

Greetings!

Being a manager can be tough.  You have to keep on top of your game and you sometimes have to do grim things:
Help!
  • give negative feedback on performance
  • tell people they are no longer needed as their job has gone
  • lead change you might not totally
    agree with
  • enforce cutbacks when you no longer have any slack
  • become frustrated with company politics

So how do you handle the negative emotions that are inevitable, even if you are the sunniest optimist around?

Distract yourself with retail therapy? Hit the gym or pound the streets? Comfort eat with chocolate or crisps? Treat yourself at a spa for the day? Pour another gin?

View Across MonmouthshireAll very lovely but often not sustainable.

Is it possible to deal with negative emotions and thrive?

Yes and mindfulness is just the job!

In fact, I believe it's such a helpful life skill that I'm offering a weekend mindfulness course here in stunning South Wales especially for you corporate warriors!

Sound intriguing?  Read on or, even better still, book and come along!

How you can benefit

A regular mindfulness practice can help you
  • Improve concentration and focus
  • Enrich your communications and relationships.
  • Heighten clarity of thoughts and intentions.
  • Deepen peace of mind and cultivate a sense of flow.
  • Ease your attitude to stress and pain.
  • Become more authentically caring in life and work.
