 We are excited to announce the General Availability of the First Option Financial Software Version 5.0.7. The enhancements and fixes are in two functional areas; a) Graphical User Interface (GUI) b) RPG Programs. Starting May 26th, 2014, the First Option automated distribution process will be used to distribute the software on both the client and server. For hosted customers, there is no installation fee. For non-hosted customers, there is an installation charge of $760. For more detailed information about this release, please see information below. New Release Features:

Enhanced Data Export from First Option Financial screens via GUI
Export screen data to excel from all screens. -
GUI Menu Option for GL Upload
Functionality is now offered as part of base product and initiated from menu instead of PC. -
Trial Balance Data Export
Ability to export Trial Balance (2 and 4 column) to an excel spread sheet. On Line videos for commonly used functions in AR, AP, GL, and PO. Over 100 new Knowledgebase entries. Click here for more Information If you would like to upgrade to the GUI based product please contact the help desk.
Fixes: The fixes in this release fall into two categories. The first are the GUI product which only need to be applied by the user of the GUI interface. The second are the RPG based application fixes. Click for Fixes
