 Middle skills gaps in Indiana
According to lo ng-term projections for Indiana's labor needs, 55% of all job openings between 2010-2020 will be "middle skill" jobs that require education beyond high school but less than a bachelor's degree.
Middle skill jobs account for 59% of Indiana's labor market, but only 48% of Indiana's workforce is trained for middle skill positions. See the Indiana fact sheet from the National Skills Coalition.
