The Department of Labor (DOL) has delayed a March 1, 2013 deadline that employers send their employees a notice advising them about the healthcare exchanges. The DOL has not yet developed model language because much of the information the notice was to convey is still undecided.
A new deadline is expected to be announced. We will let you know when this issue is finalized.
