|  From the Desk of Chet Lytle...
As many of you already know, Bill Gillam has announced that he will retire at the end of December. Bill has been with The IDeACOM Network since February 2002. Over the past 13 years, he has been a dedicated leader and good friend to us all. We have grown tremendously thanks to his efforts. Although we will miss him, we wish both Bill and Pat all joy and happiness in their next chapter.
Rich Gralto will assume the position of President & CEO January 1. Rich has been working closely with Bill over the last 6 months and has done a great job managing the transition. In the past, Rich has done a stellar job in business development and I am confident he will continue to grow the organization as well as be a great leader for The Ideacom Network.
As most of you know we have a new addition to The Ideacom Network staff. Heather Rochefort joined the organization a few months ago as our Executive Administrator. In her short tenure, Heather has demonstrated outstanding capabilities and has gracefully mastered keeping your Board of Members, Rich and Bill in line.
Please join me in wishing Bill a happy retirement, congratulating Rich on his new position and welcoming Heather.
