It is an honor to have been selected by the Silicon Valley Small Business Development Center (SVSBDC) Executive Director Dennis King and the Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce (SVBCC) President Carl Davis Jr., to be the SVSBDC Small Business Lead Adviser for the SVBCC. Our mission is simple. Our vision is united. Our goal is clear, and that is to engage and support the success of all small businesses. Simply stated, "We win together!" The successful small business is not, exclusively, built on the back of the visionary; although, it may feel that way most of the time. It starts with the visionary and it ends with a united team of people that believe in one mission, one vision, and one goal. A team that is supportive of one another withstands the storms, hurdles, and oppositions to small business success. Remember, two is always better than one. The success of a small business starts, yes, with the visionary, and ends with the visionary igniting and uniting a team to successfully forge forward together.
