Principal's Message
Thank you for all of your support in having your child to school on-time and well prepared during our state testing over the past few weeks.  Next week we will be having students who did miss any days doing their make ups throughout the school day.  Also, 8th graders only will be doing STAR Testing in science during their typical science period.  The science STAR testing will be Monday - Wednesday, May 4th - 6th.

Have a fantastic week.

President's Message
This week is Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week at WCI so please take a minute to say a nice "thank you" to any WCI staff you happen to see this week!

As part of this special week, the WCI PTA sponsored a Cinco De Mayo themed luncheon for staff and teachers yesterday.  Many thanks to Cathy Mauger planning this fabulous event.

Two weeks from today, May 20th, we will have our final PTA meeting of the year. Please join us in the Library at 9:00am for coffee/treats and 9:30am for the meeting. Click here to see the agenda.

Civil War Day 2015
Many volunteers are still needed to make Civil War Day a success.  We are especially in need of help with set up, Score Keepers and Referees.  If you are interested in helping with any of these jobs, please click on the Civil War Sign Up Genius to sign up.

All volunteers working at Civil War Days on May 29th should plan on attending a training session on Wednesday May 13th at 7:00p in Room 207 so you understand your job.

If you have questions about any of the volunteer jobs, you can also contact Shelly Wells at wells5@sbcglobal.net.  Thanks for your help in making Civil War Day a great learning experience.

Your Civil War Days Drill Team,

Shelly Wells, Tina Kim & Jane Monastirsky
