After careful review, CASBO is reintroducing our Ambassador Program. This program is dedicated to enhancing and strengthening our ties with our Regional Sections and Professional Councils around the state by providing an additional level of communication and support. Our goal is to ensure that our current individual and organizational members are aware and involved in our professional development, advocacy and other association programs. More

CASBO is preparing to recruit volunteers for its 2015 Diversity & Inclusion Task Force which will promote greater resources for supporting the association in its diversity and inclusion efforts.

 

The official ask for volunteers will be made in mid-February. The association is seeking CASBO members who are not currently serving on section boards, professional councils or committees to participate. Non-members are also encouraged to volunteer. More

As I write this blog, I am thinking about the song "Celebrate" by Kool & the Gang. For some reason, it's currently like a theme song from a Disneyland ride, and it keeps playing over and over in my head. I find myself humming it and thinking about the words - "Celebrate good times, come on!"
