These honor role girls read their first clue before leaving the Sea Hag Marina dock.
Tony Xue, an exchange student from China, pulled up a crab trap to collect a crab and find the next clue!
Team Seafoam caught this little pinfish to prove that a fish is a fish, no matter how small.
Team Red Zebra used their creativity to complete the scavenger hunt by making their fish from paper!
Team Pink, captained by Charlie Norwood, cheated AGAIN. Charlie snuck a frozen mullet onto the hook of one of the student who had never fished before.
Team Orange had a great day in the Gulf of Mexico. They landed this Sheepshead fishing with shrimp.
Team Camo caught a black drum with the help of Chase-N-Fish. All together they landed more than 10 fish.
To finish off the day, the students (including Nicole, an international student from Puerto Rico) launched slimy mullet heads and tails into a small pink boat, the "Mullet Princess", to win a Sea Hag prize!
All in all, a great day on the water both for these studious Rock School students and the Sea Hag crew.
We'd like to extend a special thank you to our captains that volunteered their time to make this event happen:
