Hines Hill Road Grade Separation Project Open House

Hudson will hold an Open House at Barlow Community Center February 27, 2014, from 4 pm - 7 pm, to provide information about the proposed Hines Hill Grade Separation Project.

Currently, Hines Hill Road has a gated, at-grade crossing at the Norfolk and Southern Railroad tracks just west of Prospect Street where commuters must drive over railroad tracks.

The proposed grade separation would provide unimpeded access to the northwest corner of Hudson for our safety forces and provide a safer crossing of the tracks. We are nearing the end of the preliminary design phase for the improvements to the crossing, which will include a bridge over the existing tracks, a new approach roadway, bike facilities, utility relocation, and new traffic control.

Representatives from our design consultant GPD Group will be at the meeting to discuss the project details and answer questions.

Citizens wishing to provide feedback will have 30 days to respond and can do so by phone (330) 342-1770, by emailing Chris Papp, or by sending a letter to: Engineering Department Hines Hill Road Grade Separation City of Hudson 115 Executive Parkway, Suite 400 Hudson, Ohio 44236.
