Every month in this section I talk about people or places I recommend. These are always based on positive personal experiences and today is no exception. I talk to a lot of moms and women business owners who, like me, have varying degrees of things holding them back. I'd like to introduce you to my friend Anita Lane. She is a Life Coach/Theta Healer who helps people get past negative and often very erroneous ideas or beliefs that come from our past that get in the way of our jobs, businesses, relationships, etc. In one session Anita changed something very dramatic in me that will help me for the rest of my life. Baby SignsŪ Instructor Tina Cavanaugh is here to help you break the communication barrier! With a few signs, babies as young as seven or eight months are able to express their needs, wants, feelings and even memories. Doing this strengthens the infant/parent bond early and gives your child a jump-start toward speaking and early literacy.
