A Note From Tina
New Beginnings

For many the Easter season is upon us. This is one of my favorite holidays because it represents hope and renewal. As the trees and flowers begin to bloom and renew the earth we can also take this time to reflect about things in our lives that need to "start over" and begin again with renewed faith and hope. The Easter message teaches us about charity, compassion, responsibility and forgiveness. No matter what faiths we follow, these are values which speak to all of us.

Whether your "new beginning" is a new baby or child in your life, a new job, or a new place to live, it's in our nature to anticipate the joy these things can bring. In the middle of all the day-to-day stresses you feel, make time for your children. There's nothing like a little child to make you remember that every new day is an adventure and a chance to learn and start again.

My good friends who own Bright Beginnings had a huge warehouse moving sale at the 1st of the year. Their old location (along with the stores around them) will become something else now. The plan was to have an online business and move everything to a warehouse but at the very last minute they found a new place! Yea!
Fans of this store were thrilled that they are up and running again.
Go by and say hello to Sally at their new location:

2925 W. Anderson Lane
(Corner of Rockwood and Anderson Lane close to FreshPlus Grocery)

You can still shop online with them at

About Tina
Are you the parent of a baby or toddler and you are frustrated and overwhelmed because you can't understand what your child needs or wants?

Baby SignsŪ Instructor Tina Cavanaugh is here to help you break the communication barrier! With a few signs, babies as young as seven or eight months are able to express their needs, wants, feelings and even memories. Doing this strengthens the infant/parent bond early and gives your child a jump-start toward speaking and early literacy.

With 10 years of sign language training and five years teaching Baby Signs classes, Tina shows parents how to be amazed and thrilled over and over as their baby or toddler begins to share their world with them. Being involved in a process that builds confidence and good self-esteem early in children is huge and the stories that parents share with Tina about their success is pure joy for her.

The play classes go far beyond just learning a few signs. Parents go home with information about how their baby learns and develops intellectually and emotionally through those all-imporant first few years of their lives. Come join the fun that everyone's talking about!
