Coaches Corner

Dear ,

As we officially wrapped up the 2013-14 season with the annual Men's Basketball Banquet on April 6, I find myself completely renewed for what is ahead for Viterbo Basketball. Not simply because we put 2013-14 "to bed", but because of the great reflection of what this past season and the seasons prior meant for our four outstanding seniors Izac Sheforgen, Matt Turba, Jasper Duberry, and Cole Lewis.

The emotion and appreciation that those seniors expressed in their senior messages once again spoke volumes about how much more than basketball it meant for them to be a part of the Viterbo Basketball program. Lessons learned, lifelong friendships made, great trips experienced, stories told, all of it seemed to create a value that cannot be placed on being a part of this team and on all of the experiences of being a part of Viterbo University and this program.

Thank you guys. You leave an amazing mark on this program and provided great motivation for all of us who are a part of things going forward.

I hope that all of you are enjoying a great close to another academic year.

Banquet Recognizes V-Hawk Success

The V-Hawks held their annual end of the year banquet on Sunday, April 6 at the La Crosse Country Club. The highlight of the event was the senior addresses that provided great reflection on the careers of four outstanding individuals in Izac Sheforgen, Matt Turba, Jasper Duberry, and Cole Lewis.
