Oreo Needs a Home

Oreo was rescued in March 2010 by the Nassau County SPCA; Det. Bob Sowers found Oreo trapped in an abandoned crack house. He was underweight and without any food or water. Despite having no human companionship, he showed no aggression toward his rescuer, food, toys or other dogs. Oreo has been completely nursed back to health and is now looking forward to creating a new bond with a loving family in a new home. Oreo is approximately 2 years old, he has been neutered, tested negative for heartworm, and is up to date on his shots. Oreo is a high energy boy; he needs plenty of exercise, love and attention. If you are interested in bringing Oreo into your home, please contact his rescuer Detective Bob Sowers at 516-356-2568.
