Student Spotlight:
Anthony Battles

Today we introduce a new feature called Scecina Student Spotlight that highlights our students' academic accomplishments.

The inaugural edition of the Scecina Student Spotlight focuses on Anthony Battles, a sophomore from Little Flower Catholic Parish.

Anthony is an outstanding student athlete who maintained a 3.88 GPA while playing football, basketball and baseball during his freshman year at Scecina. Last year, he was a recipient of the President's Academic Excellence Award as well as the Scecina Scholar Athlete award.

Anthony says that maintaining straight A's while playing three sports was one of the toughest challenges he has faced.
