Theology focuses on Circle of Grace
Next week (week of Aug. 17) Scecina  theology students will participate in the Circle of Grace (COG)  program provided by the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
What is Circle of Grace?
  • The love and goodness of God that surrounds us and all others.
  • The reCOGnition that God is always with us and is there to help us in difficult situations.
  • Holds your very essence in mind, heart, soul, body and sexuality encompassing all of your senses.
For freshmen, COG will encompass four days of work; upperclassmen will complete it in a single lesson. All students will need a signed Code of Conduct by Monday Aug. 17 so we know that parents are informed about the program.  Please click here to download the form.
For more information, visit our Circle of Grace page on the Scecina website.

Freshmen Student Council elections
Freshmen interested in Student Council can pick up information packets in their Catholic Theology class starting Friday. Election packets are due to Mrs. Rosswurm in 206 on Tuesday Aug.18. The class election will be held on Friday Aug. 21.  Anyone with questions should come see Mrs. Rosswurm.

Our new lunch policy
Students may not charge more than $21 on their lunch accounts. If they are above that amount, the cafeteria will serve them a peanut butter and jelly sandiwich and a milk until the lunch account is current
Please check with Julie Brown at jbrown@scecina.org if you need to know your student's balance. Please try to keep money in their accounts this year!
