Fax Number Change
| The fax number at our Citizens Energy Group branch has been changed effective immediately. The new number is 317.923.7427. Please use this number for all faxes to this branch going forward. Additionally, the main office fax number is 317.261.5480 and the Petersburg fax is 812.354.1336 should you need those for your records.

Look for Energy Plus in the community! This month we will be visiting the Danville area at the Tri Kappa Fair on the Square. The fair runs Saturday and Sunday, September 10th and 11th and has over 100 vendors with locally grown foods, gifts and gadgets for the family and much more. EPCU will have a booth where current members and non-members can visit to get more information about what's new at the credit union. Stop by and grab a goodie bag from your credit union.

Debit Card Update: EMV Cards
| We are in the process of upgrading all of our debit cards to include the EMV chip. Each member who has a debit card with EPCU should receive a new card in the next 14-45 days. These new cards are being issued with the same account number as your current card and they will also work with your  current PIN.
Even though the card number will remain the same, the expiration date will change. Therefore if you have this card stored as a payment profile for any online shopping accounts, you may need to update the information.
When you receive your new card you should activate it immediately and destroy your old card. If you have any questions please give us a call or stop by one of our three branch locations.
