Jane Hale's Ordination for the transitional Diaconate is scheduled at Christ Church Cathedral in Hartford on Tuesday, June 14th at 6:30 p.m.

We actually need a sense of numbers and options to help provide transport to Hartford for Jane's Ordination! So we have questions... and you can reply asap to this email to book a seat, a meal, connect with a driver.      

Question #1: We've tentatively booked a bus to leave Pomfret at 4:30 p.m. and pick up passengers in Vernon on the way. You can book a spot or several spots on the bus now by replying. (the cost is covered) We'll post asap if the bus will not run because of lack of interest.

Question #2: We can order BOX DINNERS from Jessica Tuesdays at $10 a head. You can order dinners also by replying now but this is something for which we'll need reimbursement. 

Question #3: If #1 and #2 don't work for you, are you interested in meeting here in the parking lot to share a ride at a later time, and if so, what time? OR are you traveling independently?

Dave will have to leave before the bus leaves because he is participating in the service and needs to be there earlier for rehearsal.
 
Then the following week we are holding a Parish Life Potluck Dinner in honor of Jane Hale at 6 p.m. (everyone invited) followed by the Women's group on Tuesday, June 21st, in the Great Hall.
