Pinterest Apps for
Your Business
|
|
Did you know Pinterest has an app store? Although pinning and creating boards may be as easy as clicking a button, your Pinterest activity shouldn't stop there. Check out the boards that grab your customers' attention (by getting repinned), advises Rieva Lesonsky, the CEO of SmallBizDaily, and invest some additional time enhancing them using some of the apps. The better the quality of your pins, the more attention your business will attract. Here are some Pinterest apps Lesonsky says you should check out:
Camera+. Winner of the Best Visual Design and Best Photography App, Camera+ takes your simple iPhone photos and makes them look professional. You can sharpen the appearance of the photos and control how light or dark your shots come out. A clarity feature analyzes your photos and makes adjustments to bring out more details.
FUSED. Not only can you use this app to layer and blend your photos and videos, you can choose from a library of photos from emerging artists and fuse their photos with yours, creating something original.
Brushstroke. For something completely different that's sure to attract attention, turn your photos into illustrated works of art with the Brushstroke app. You can transform photos of into watercolors or oil portraits (a great way to announce an employee of the week/month). Get creative and experiment with different color palettes.
