FROM YOUR PBA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
null
Know any good programmers?
(no, not THAT kind of programmer)

The work of the PBA is accomplished through the dedication and hard work of committees formed to manage different projects throughout the year. As with all volunteer organizations, our success depends largely on the willingness of our membership to participate on these committees and make things happen.

The Programs Committee could use your help! They are specifically looking for people with good organization and event coordination skills that can pull it all together to manage successful, informative, useful and fun activities for our membership.

Here's the "Official Description" of the Programs Committee:

"Develops plans for workshops, networking events, and major events throughout the year - including the assignment of subcommittees as needed. Prepares yearly calendar, identifies and arranges speakers and host venues, coordinates refreshments/meals, writes promotional material for website, media and newsletters, solicits and coordinates sponsorships and registration, follows-up with speakers and venues after the events."

If this sounds like you and you would like to volunteer to work on the Programs committee to share your time and talent with your community, contact us and we will connect you with the Committee Chair.

DID YOU KNOW?

That you can add Member-2-Member Deals to your directory listing on our website using your Member Center login. You can even change them from time to time.

Same for Community Hot Deals - you control the deal, when it's offered, what is offered, and you can change it at any time. You can even schedule a bunch of them to appear and disappear at certain times without having to remember to go back into the system.  The deals show up on your directory listing as well as the links to Hot Deals throughout our website.

If you have forgotten your Member Center login or password, simply go to the Member Center link and click on "Forgot Password". An email will be sent to you with your password or a link to reset your password.

All of this is a FREE ADVERTISING benefit to you as a member of the PBA. And who doesn't like free???

If you need assistance with the Member Center at any time, simply email or call us and we will have someone contact you to help. We even make on-site training visits, just ask!
