Rosey's Italian Cafe
2133 Five Mile Line Road, Penfield
Rosey's Italian Café joined the PBA in 2011 when it relocated from its downtown location and quickly became THE place for homestyle Italian fare in Penfield. From the moment you walk in you'll feel right at home, and you should - Rosey and Rick Vitale have been cooking up homestyle Italian food since the early 90's when they worked at Mama Rosa's - Rosey's father's restaurant in Irondequoit, before he retired. One bite and you'll know your meal is a family recipe passed down for generations. (more)

Wickham Farms CSA Information Presentation

7:00pm Community-supported agriculture programs (CSAs) are a growing trend among people who want to eat healthy and local. In a CSA, a grower is provided a market through prepaid sales that help finance the farm's early-season operations. In return, the consumer shares in the farm's harvest. Bill and Debbie Wickham from Wickham Farms will provide an overview of the CSA trend, why it benefits both farms and consumers, and their experience with the CSA program at Wickham Farms. Presentation will be held at the Penfield Public Library.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Join the Y Family this January and save 50% off the joining fee!
Get Direct Access to Physical Therapy Without a Referral at Genesee Valley Physical Therapy
Come see why thousands of people love the YMCA of Greater Rochester! Stop in to any YMCA of Greater Rochester branch or join online at Rochesterymca.org/join-y. You can take advantage of this great opportunity and stay healthy and active all year long.
Did you know that many New York State insurance companies
allow you to self-refer for Direct Access to a Physical Therapist without seeing a primary care physician or specialist first? It's true, and it's also true that patients who use Direct Access receive treatment usually within 24-48 hours, are more proactive and satisfied with their care, are more likely to complete a course of treatment, and return to work sooner.
If you have a need for Physical Therapy but have been putting it off until you see your regular doctor, call GVPT today to review your insurance benefits and determine if you are eligible for Direct Access. Visit www.GeneseeValleyPT.com to find the location nearest you.
Congratulations T-Bones Steakhouse
The Official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for T-Bones Steakhouse was held last Friday and was a huge success. T-Bones would like to thank everyone who came out to witness the event and celebrate afterwards. If you haven't been there yet, stop by for lunch from 11:00am - 2:00pm, happy hour on Friday evenings, or one of their famous perfectly-prepared steaks for dinner after 4:30pm.

PBA Event Reservation Payment Notice
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your incredible support in attending our events! We appreciate your enthusiasm and participation in our workshops, networking and community events.
In the past, the PBA has absorbed any expense for members who registered for events but were unable to attend for various reasons. Unfortunately the cost for holding events has increased and it has become necessary for us to change this practice. Going forward, the PBA will need to charge you for any reservation you are unable to fulfill unless we receive a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the event. We are sensitive to the fact that last minute schedule challenges occur and we encourage you to send a substitute in your place if you find yourself unable to attend.
For all PBA meetings requiring reservations and a meeting fee, we have always extended a "pay at the door" option to our members and guests and will continue to do so. We also offer the option to pay by credit/debit card or PayPal on the PBA website.
Again, thank you for your tremendous support! We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
