LPS Launches Electronic Flyer Management Tool
Liberty Public Schools has launched a new, electronic flyer communication tool called Peachjar. For district families and stakeholders to view school-approved eflyers, you will simply click the Peachjar button on your school's website homepage. All LPS parents have been sent an email informing them of this transition. This "green" initiative will save our schools and district ample amounts of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
A Peachjar logo (similar to the one posted above) will be included in QuickNews soon.
**Please know that many individual school/activity announcements that have previously been promoted in QuickNews will now be available and found in the new Peachjar eFlyers portal.

Attention parents with infant children through pre-kindergarten! Come join Parents as Teachers for Messy Mania! All those fun, but oh, so messy activities you've wanted to do with your little darlings, but may have been afraid to try on your own - water play, different ways to create with various kinds of paint, textures, and more!
Dig out those old play clothes, roll up your sleeves, and enjoy a morning of getting...MESSY and possibly wet. We will have fun exploring the sights, sounds, and sensations of messy play. Most activities will be outside, with the playground being available for play.
When: Saturday, September 10, from 9-11 a.m.
Place: Liberty Early Childhood Center, 9600 NE 79th St., Kansas City, MO
*Remember, this is MESSY MANIA - appropriate clothing for getting messy and wet is a good idea for both children and parents!

In an effort to make our Liberty Public Schools e-newsletter, QuickNews (QN), a concise publication, which subscribers may read in a timely fashion, district/community announcements will be advertised in the main QuickNews section for a maximum of two weeks. After this period of time, announcements will be transferred to our QuickNews Bulletin Board, which is located on the LPS website provided at the link below. In addition, the Bulletin Board may include announcements not meeting the criteria to be placed in this publication. The addition of the QN Bulletin Board allows them to now be publicized. This bulletin board will continuously be updated throughout the week, and announcements will remain until they expire by date. To access this page, simply click here.
