Microsoft released the newest version of Office.  Collaboration is a huge part of Office 2016, including real-time co-authoring, Skype for Business, Office 365 Groups and Office 365 Planner.  Co-authoring in Word is now real-time, meaning you can see what authors are writing while they're doing it!
