WINDOWS 10 IS ON ITS WAY!

Microsoft confirmed on May 13th that Windows 10 will come in seven different editions.

The first group of editions include Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Mobile. Windows 10 Home will be replacing Windows 8 Consumer and Windows 10 Mobile will be replacing Windows Phone 8.1.
The second group of editions include Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Enterprise and Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise. Pro is designed for small businesses whereas Enterprise is designed for larger businesses. All will have more control over security features.
The third group of editions include Windows 10 Education and Windows 10 IoT Core. These are for schools and connected devices.

Windows 10 will be a free upgrade for the first year to most consumers who already have licenses for Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Microsoft mentioned that they are "on track" for a summer release. More detailed information can be found here.

SELF-DRIVING CAR COMING THROUGH!

Google's self-driving cars will be on public roads this summer! So far, the only roads they've seen have been Google's test track, driving as sensor-packed vehicles that have two seats and a large "stop" button, but no steering wheel, accelerator or breaks. The cars that'll hit Mountain View, California's public roads will have a steering wheel, and removable accelerator and brake pedals with a capped speed of 25 mph. There will also be a human on-board *just in case* anything goes wrong. Oh yeah, this cool car can change shape AND drive sideways.
